Grant Schafle is a Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Cicero Therapies. A co-founder of Cicero, Grant leads our finance, partnerships, accounting, and billing efforts across all our clinics. 

Before Cicero, Grant worked for Anacapa Partners, a lower-middle market private equity investment firm focused on buying, managing, and growing small businesses. As a Principal, he completed eight small business acquisitions totaling $120 million in enterprise value, and evaluated more than 45 companies. Investments included: physician practice management, eye care, dental, addiction treatment, physical therapy, medical billing, ambulance services, among others. 

Prior to Anacapa, Grant worked in wealth management at HighTower Advisors, an investment services firm with 50 advisor teams and $24 billion in assets under management, where he developed and built out an internal consulting division focused on protecting the retirement assets of HighTower’s clients. Growing up in a single-mother household, Grant independently financed his education and graduated with honors from Yale. After graduation, Grant began his career by giving back as an Assistant Director for Yale Admissions, where he was responsible for all recruiting and admissions efforts in 8 U.S. states. 

Grant earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Yale University.
